How to Make Taliwang Grilled Gourami

Material

2 gourami fish (785 grams) , slice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons instant coconut milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
5 tablespoons of oil for frying

Ground Spices

12 red onions
6 garlic
3 large red chilies, roasted
6 curly red chilies, roasted
3 eggs hazelnut, toasted
1 teaspoon shrimp paste, toasted

How to Make

  1. Smear Gourami fish with lemon juice and salt. Set aside
  2. Stir-fry  spices until fragrant. Lift. Put coconut milk and brown sugar. Stir well.
  3. Smear it to gourami fish. Let it 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Grill while smeared remaining seasoning until fragrant.
